We were approached by this law firm because they were in need of a probate calculator, for their estate planning leads.
Probate is when you don’t have an estate plan or will, so if you pass away and don’t have these in place, the state has to take over and handle it. So, this calculator would help them visually represent what fees are associated with the state’s probate, to help people understand how important an estate plan really is.
